We appreciate your support. All A Universe products are made to order and built by hand. We don't keep a large stock of items. When purchasing an item 3-7 business days for your order to ship both domestic (US) and 2 weeks for international. We cannot change or cancel an order once it is shipped. If the item is low in stock please allow 3 days processing time. If the item availability changes we will contact you and process a full refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange or costumer discount.
Return
We do not offer exchanges. If you like to same product in a new size or color or even I new product, you must first return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product(s).
Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a exchange, you can contact us at a@aaronuniverse.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
